is it 1 malaysia is the effective ways?

to all my fellow group members..
i have founded the poin to answering our research question. My part is about to identify if 1malaysia is an effective ways to solves the solidarity problem between ethnic and gender. In my founder, i've been make some article about this. I think 1 Malaysia objective is the effective ways to solves the solidarity problem because according to our Prime Minister that introduce this concept, they have a case evidence that 1Malaysia solves the solidarity problem..Datuk Seri Najib in 'The Value of Dialogue in Conflict Resolution' sayed, ethnic conflict is our main problem, so, government introduce this concept to show that we are going to strengthen our basic structure of ethnic. I'm thinking according to this speech, in my short conclusion i'm saying that 1 malaysia can be an effective ways to tackle this problem because in this concept all ethnic in Malaysia have the same chances in all aspect including economy, politics, social and cultural.
